"Villa Zendoa" is a luxury 3 bedrooms pool Villa built in 2013 in the prime location of the Mertasari beach area in Sanur.  A very safe, peaceful neighbourhood conveniently 150 meters from the beach. This modern villa has a tasteful mix of western comforts and Balines style to create a private and comfortable vacation Mecca. 

This accommodation offers beautiful landscaped gardens with a private 3 x 9 meters pool, perfect for morning laps or a leisurely float. A short 3 minute stroll to the beach provides easy access to shops, water sports and numerous places to dine, and makes this the ideal villa to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.

The villa is two stories. On the ground floor we have the kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom and gated, covered parking for a car and motorbikes. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a second smaller open air living room. Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms come with AC, a king size double bed and en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Zendoa can accommodate 6 people (there is enough space for a Baby Cot or an extra bed if needed at a cost!).

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner. The living room has a 55 inch Smart LED TV, 35 channel cable TV and a DVD player. High speed fiber internet with Wi-Fi is also included in the tariff. An electronic safety box is provided for your valuables.

All rooms inside the villa are non-smoking areas but smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas including the gazebo and swimming pool area. 
The Mertasari area is in the southern part of Sanur, out of the traffic and noise and is the new residential haven in Sanur. The beach at this end is also the favorite place for Balinese to bath at Sunrise and Sunset.
This is a popular place for watersports like Diving, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Surfing. The outside reef has nice waves for every level of surfing and it creates a natural calm lagoon where you can always have a swim. Very ideal for kids.

Sanur is a great base to explore Bali from, with Seminyak, Kuta and Legian only a short 30 minute taxi ride away, as is the Airport via the new express Tollway. Nusa Dua is only 35 minutes drive and Ubud is about a 45 minutes drive from this beautiful villa.

Getting There
•    Airport transfer at 250.000 rp (about 17 US$ for one car that fit 4 persons). Our friendly driver will take you to the Villa via the fast Tollway and if you need to stop to buy some groceries on the way to the Villa he will stop in a minimarket in Sanur close by.

This 3 bedrooms Villa can also be rented as 2 Bedrooms. In that case we will just close the third bedroom that has a private entrance.
